These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 23baj ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 23baj website located at https://23baj.io, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 23baj platform. Continued use of any 23baj service following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on 23baj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 23baj strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered players across Bangladesh. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be permanently suspended and all associated funds returned subject to identity verification.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold 23baj accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not already hold an active 23baj account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be self-excluded from the 23baj platform or from gambling services generally pursuant to any self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.

23baj reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Such documentation may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill confirming your address. Accounts that fail to complete identity verification within a reasonable period specified by 23baj may be suspended pending resolution.

Each registered player is solely responsible for the management and security of their 23baj account. The following obligations and conditions apply to all account holders:

• Single Account Policy: You may hold only one registered account on 23baj at any time. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously, whether under your own identity or under a third party's identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
• Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 23baj will never request your password through any email, live chat, telephone, or other communication channel. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify our support team.
• Account Accuracy: All personal information associated with your account must remain accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, date of birth, or national identity number are not permitted after account verification has been completed, except where a legal name change can be evidenced by official documentation.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as inactive. 23baj reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified by your registered contact method prior to any such fee being applied.
• Account Currency: All 23baj accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No multi-currency account operation is available. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited directly in BDT with no conversion fees applied by 23baj.

23baj supports instant BDT deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking platforms. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 23baj currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Bank transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are also accepted for eligible accounts. 23baj reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment method availability at any time with reasonable prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single transaction limits and daily limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the verification status of your account. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 23baj account in real time under normal operating conditions. Delays arising from the payment provider's own infrastructure are outside 23baj's control. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, you should contact 23baj support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification where applicable. 23baj reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds before releasing funds.

4.5 Own Account Rule. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified 23baj account. 23baj will refuse withdrawals where the recipient account name does not match the registered account name.

23baj may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available to verified account holders who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the applicable offer terms. 23baj reserves the right to exclude any account from promotional eligibility at its discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiple and qualifying game types are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in bonus funds being forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus may be applied to your account at any time. You may not combine multiple promotional offers unless specific combination terms are published by 23baj.
• Abuse Prevention: 23baj operates active monitoring for bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting across bonus accounts, the use of automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Detection of such activity will result in forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds and may result in account closure.
• Offer Changes: 23baj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already activated a qualifying offer prior to its modification will be honoured under the original terms where reasonably practicable.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 23baj platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the platform and should be read in conjunction with these general rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 23baj are subject to acceptance by the platform. 23baj reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event after that event has already commenced, where a bet is placed using incorrect odds due to a technical error, or where a bet is suspected to involve insider information.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and within the game interface. Stake limits may vary by market, game type, account verification status, and jurisdiction.

6.3 In-Play Betting. In-play cricket markets, including BPL and IPL fixtures, are available on the 23baj platform subject to market availability. In-play odds update in real time and accepted bets are final at the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance. Late bets placed after a material in-play event has occurred but before the odds have been updated may be voided at 23baj's discretion.

6.4 Casino Game Rules. All casino games on 23baj are governed by the rules published by the respective game studio, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 23baj does not modify game rules or RTP settings beyond the parameters established by the game provider. Published RTPs are indicative theoretical return figures and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.5 Abandoned and Postponed Events. Where a sporting event is abandoned before reaching the settlement threshold defined in the sport-specific rules (e.g., a minimum number of overs completed in cricket), bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Where an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will typically stand unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules.

6.6 Error and Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects a game or bet, 23baj reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and return the stake to the player's account. No claim for winnings that would have resulted from a malfunctioning game round will be honoured.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 23baj platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether using your own identity or any third party's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point of identity verification.
• Using the 23baj platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform without human supervision.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation discovered must be reported to 23baj support immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption relating to sporting events available on the 23baj sportsbook.
• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing any other individual to access your account.
• Attempting to access the 23baj platform via a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 23baj staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 23baj, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 23baj platform.

23baj does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. 23baj's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to their 23baj account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

23baj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on 23baj, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, 23baj's liability to return any balance held in that account will be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law and the nature of the breach.

23baj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes of a material nature will be notified to registered players via the email or contact method associated with their account no less than 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with a legal obligation or to address an urgent security issue.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 23baj operates.
